Versatile:

There are no limits to bottle geometry. This filler will fill bottles, growlers, round and rectangular jugs up to 5 liters. Offset neck bottles, no problem. Both bottle width, depth or diameter along with height have independent adjustments.

No spills or overflows during bottle fill operation:

Standard gravity fillers are subject to spills when inserting or removing bottles from the filling tube. This causes unsanitary conditions due to wetting of the workers hands, bottles, and equipment. And most fillers use a tapered rubber stopper which, over time, hardens and causes an imperfect seal. EVROSTROJ filling machines use materials that are inert to spirits, wine, and other liquid food products making it impervious to aging caused by all environmental conditions found in distilleries, wineries, or food processing plants.

Helps eliminate repetitive stress injuries:

Most commercial manual filling machines employ spring loaded nozzles that winery staff must manually lift and insert the bottle against to insure a tight seal between the bottle and the nozzle. This repetitive operation for each bottle causes fatigue and, over time, may cause “repetitive stress” injuries to the wrist and other joints. The EVROSTROJ filler uses a pneumatic cylinder to lower 4 to 6 spring-loaded nozzles at a time into the bottle insuring a perfect seal with a flick of a switch.

More productivity, less fatigue:

Our filler is designed to promote a smooth work flow by integrating a bottle guide capable of handling 12 to 18 bottles at a time (depending on the model). From right to left, 4 to 6 bottles are loaded on the guided tray while 4 to 6 bottles are being filled, and 4 to 6 bottles on the left side are being corked by a co-worker. This eliminates people trying to work in each other’s space.

Sanitary environment:

The bottle filling area is covered by a Plexiglas window which prevents contamination while the bottles are being filled and protects the workers from being exposed to bottle breakage and moving parts.
